Aeronauts.com is a website address and not yet a limited company or trading entity, all orders and payments will be supplied to/paid to Simon Cattlin.
All copyright remains the exclusive property of Simon Cattlin, no commercial re-production is permitted unless expressly agreed between the parties in writing in advance.
- All prices are quoted in £ UK.
- Prices for Euros, $ US etc can be agreed at the time of order. Typically the FTSE exchange rate on the day of confirmed order will be applied.
- The quoted prices will include Value Added Tax where applicable.
- Orders may be placed by person, email, fax or letter.
- A 30% deposit is requested for commissioned work.
- Payments for original works will be either "on delivery" or, for corporate clients, via Invoice with settlement within 14 days.
- Payment for prints will be with order by cheque, PayPal or other.
Deliveries are made:
- In person to your home / office by the artist or agent.
- By picking the work up yourself from the studio at an agreed date/time.
- Via RoyalMail or other home/office delivery service.
- Postage and packing costs are not included in the price of the original work or print.
- Print & original sales are not refundable once delivered although there is a 7 day cancellation period for orders placed via the website.
- If any delivered work is found to be damaged or sub-standard in anyway you can choose from either a 100% refund or a replacement print.
